Preperation For Shooting
$50 – $100 depending on time and amount of work
Not every home will be staged perfectly when MaxJett arrives to shoot. A surcharge may be applied in cases where the home is not in “show ready condition” or the shoot will be re-scheduled to a time when the property is prepared (in which case an $80 re-scheduling fee will apply). All charges will be discussed prior to being applied.
Agent Video Profile
$699 Basic – $724 Basic with Professional Voice Over (voice-over reusable on your Video Tours for $10 per usage)
Additional locations or testimonials will be billed at $100 per hour (includes travel time as well as set up and shoot). All testimonials must be shot within the GTA or a charge of $1.00/km will be added.
